Paid Subscription Agreement

This content was last updated on July 18, 2026.

This agreement has been prepared for paid subscription, featured-listing or advertising packages that may be offered on AssosiaMICE in the future. As of the publication date, AssosiaMICE does not operate an active online payment system; advertising and featured-listing requests are currently handled through the contact form. This agreement takes effect once an online payment system is introduced and a BUYER has confirmed and paid for a specific package.

1. Parties

  • SELLER: ASSOSIATECH ARGE TEKNOLOJİ YAYINCILIK VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKET, which operates the assosiamice.com website.
  • BUYER: the individual or legal entity requesting a paid subscription on AssosiaMICE.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision and sale of the paid subscription/advertising service (“Service”) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the AssosiaMICE website, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

    3. Service Information and Price

    • The nature, duration and price of the Service will be separately communicated to the BUYER at the time of order; applicable VAT is added to the stated price.
    • Payment is made via the online payment method provided by [PAYMENT PROVIDER], by entering bank/credit card details.

    4. General Terms

    • The BUYER must be registered with a supplier/user account on AssosiaMICE to complete a purchase.
    • Upon successful payment, a confirmation is sent to the BUYER by email; the corresponding invoice is issued within the legally required period.
    • If payment cannot be collected, the Service will not be provided.
    • The BUYER may not transfer or resell the purchased Service to third parties.
    • For a justified reason, the SELLER may substitute the Service with an alternative of equal quality and/or price.
    • The SELLER is not liable for pricing or content errors arising from typographical or system errors on the site.

    5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

For services of a digital-content nature where performance begins with the BUYER's consent, the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation may cease to apply once performance has started. The scope of the withdrawal right for a specific package will be stated separately on its order page.

      6. Force Majeure

Events beyond the SELLER's control that prevent timely fulfillment of obligations — natural disasters, fire, strikes, decisions by official authorities, and similar events — are considered force majeure. In such cases the SELLER shall not be held liable for delay or non-performance, and the BUYER will be notified as soon as possible.

        7. Dispute Resolution and Effect

Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of transaction or residence, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

This agreement takes effect once the BUYER confirms it electronically and payment is successfully completed. Together with AssosiaMICE's “Terms of Use & Privacy” and “Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy”, it forms a single whole.
