Supplier Account Agreement

This Supplier Account Agreement governs the terms of use for organizations and individuals (“SUPPLIER”) who create a supplier account on AssosiaMICE. By creating a supplier account, you accept this agreement.

1. Parties

a) ASSOSIATECH ARGE TEKNOLOJİ YAYINCILIK VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKET (“AssosiaMICE”), which operates the assosiamice.com website.

b) The individual or legal entity that creates a supplier account on AssosiaMICE (“SUPPLIER”).

    2. Subject of the Agreement

    The subject of this agreement is to set the terms under which a SUPPLIER may create an account and list company/service information in the AssosiaMICE supplier directory.

      3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

      • The SUPPLIER represents and warrants that the information provided when creating an account is accurate and up to date. If information is found to be false, AssosiaMICE reserves the right to suspend or remove the account.
      • The SUPPLIER may not share their account password with third parties; the SUPPLIER is liable for any consequences of unauthorized use of the password.
      • Company/service information, listings and content submitted by the SUPPLIER may be reviewed by AssosiaMICE before publication (pending status); misleading, inaccurate, or harmful content will not be approved or will be removed.
      • The SUPPLIER may not use the site in a manner that disrupts public order, violates public morals, infringes the intellectual/industrial property rights of others, or damages the site through automated queries, spam, or similar activity.
      • AssosiaMICE reserves the right to modify, improve or discontinue the content and operation of the site and the supplier directory service at any time.
      • AssosiaMICE may unilaterally suspend or close the account of a SUPPLIER who violates the terms of this agreement.

      4. Intellectual Property

      The design, software and database structure of the AssosiaMICE website belong to AssosiaMICE and may not be copied by the SUPPLIER without permission. The SUPPLIER retains rights to the company/service content they submit, but agrees that it may be displayed within the AssosiaMICE directory.

        5. Termination of the Account

        The SUPPLIER may request account closure by emailing assosiamice@gmail.com. The request must be sent from the account's registered email address. Following the request, the account and related listing information will be removed within a reasonable time.

          6. Dispute Resolution and Effect

          The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement. By registering a supplier account, the SUPPLIER is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions of this agreement, which enters into force at that time.
